Spa Experience

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for every appointment. Your experience will start with a greeting by our Spa Receptionist and is followed by an introduction to your personal Spa Therapist. Our therapists will consult with you one-on-one to assist in assigning the appropriate treatment to ensure the desired result. If however, you are an experienced 'spa user' then feel free to make your selection from our extensive spa menu and advise our Spa Receptionist of your requirements.

Facilities and Amenities

Following your consultation you will retire to one of our five treatment rooms where your spa experience begins with a gentle herbal foot bath and foot massage (except facial treatments). Our rooms contain luxury plunge baths and personal wardrobes for your convenience. Two of our rooms have been created as double suites perfectly suited to the romantic retreat or casual celebration of friendship.

Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance. Various spa treatments will require different levels of undress and our professional staff will advise you on the recommended dress standard at the appropriate time.

Spa Orient does provide disposable underwear for both men and women for all body treatments, if needed. A selection of personal toiletries is also provided for your pleasure as is a selection of tailored spa robes and slippers which are located in your personal wardrobe. Wheel chair access and toilets are available.

Spa Cuisine

All treatments include complimentary spa cuisine. Spa cuisine is a variety of light, healthy and fragrant oriental appetisers that have been prepared fresh for your enjoyment. Spa cuisine is also provided to maintain the highest levels of comfort for those guests who are visiting with us for extended periods of time. If you have specific dietary requirements, please advise our Spa Receptionist at the time of booking.

Arriving Late

Every appointment at Spa Orient is equally important to us. All treatments are meticulously planned and will be completed on schedule. Arriving late will lessen the time you spend with us which may also affect your treatment outcomes and your level of relaxation during treatment. Thank you for being punctual.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you give us 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For public holiday bookings if notice is received within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of 100% will apply (including a 10% surcharge). This includes gift certificate bookings which will be deemed void.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a popular solution for any special occasion, or simply as a gesture of appreciation. All items and treatments within the spa are available as gift certificate purchases. All certificates are valid for 6 months only and any stolen/lost certificates may not be reclaimed unless authorised by management. Please advise our Spa Receptionist at the time of booking when claiming gift certificates.

Prices and Public Holidays

All pricing is subject to change without notice. All menu prices are inclusive of GST and a 10% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays. Management reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual/s at any time.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure your privacy and peaceful surroundings we respectfully request that all noise be kept to a minimum. We request that you respect Spa Orient's environment by turning off your mobile phones, pagers and other electronic devices. Cameras and/or other photographic devices will NOT be permitted within the spa.

Although we do love children, their attendance is not encouraged. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

We also recommend you refrain from consuming alcohol prior to enjoying your spa experience.
